Advanced Battery Technology/ Bladevolt Advanced System

Bladevolt, a high-performance lithium-ion/polymer battery system, is designed for heavy-duty electric vehicles. With an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) and intrinsic safety certification (IBC 60079 Ex-ia), it offers unmatched safety and market-leading energy densities. Australian-designed, it meets the needs of mining, military, and marine applications with scalable, modular configurations. Bladevolt ensures long life, minimal downtime with user-swappable modules, and high-efficiency thermal management, supporting sustainable second-life uses.

BladeNet

The BladeNet telemetry solution is a comprehensive system designed to collect and analyse battery and vehicle data in order to provide insights into the performance and behaviour of electric vehicles and battery systems. The solution utilises a variety of technologies and tools to collect, process, store and analyse telemetry data, including sensors, data acquisitions systems, cloud computing platforms and data visualisation tools. This solution is intended to help organisations optimise their operations, improve system performance, and enhance overall productivity through the collection and analyses of real-time telemetry data.

BladeDrive

The BladeDrive is a proprietary and comprehensive EV Integration Solution representing a cutting-edge innovation in electric vehicle (EV) systems integration. This proprietary software suite is designed to seamlessly integrate all components of an EV system, providing a robust platform for the collection and analysis of battery performance data. BladeDrive is versatile and can be applied across multiple industries, including mining, defense, aerospace, and marine sectors. Its adaptability makes it suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, promoting the transition to zero-emission technology in even the most demanding environments.

Testing and validation

3ME Technology is a provider of battery and cell testing solutions for various applications. We have the ability to test individual or paralleled heavy industry batteries systems and loads up to 750kW, with temperature control and external cooling systems. We can also perform hybridisation testing, charge and discharge concurrently, and simulate real environmental conditions with inverters and DCDC noise. We utilise BladeNET, a proprietary data management system, to monitor and report on the performance and safety of the batteries and cells.

3ME Techology has cell testers that can perform accelerated cycle life testing and degradation analysis and inform total cost of ownership. 3ME Technology offers reliable and comprehensive testing services for battery and cell manufacturers and users.

Education and Training

The 3ME Technology Modular Learning Strategy is a dynamic program that aims to provide mining professionals with the latest insights into battery technology and best practice and its impact on the market. The program covers topics such as battery basics, chemistry types, system building blocks, performance, thermal runaway, products, life cycle management, recycling, safety standards, risk management, commercials, and market analysis. The program also offers optional modules on hazardous area learnings and integration. The program consists of interactive face-to-face seminars The program is designed to enhance the professional expertise of participants and help them navigate the changing landscape of battery solutions and sustainable practices in the mining industry.

In additon, 3ME Technology offer onsite support during commissioning and trial with the aim of upskilling the workforce to better understand site service and maintainance of BEV.
